On stage, ITNIO TECH was presented with the "2025 Journey Performance Award" in recognition of its consistently stable service performance in the Philippine market and its long-standing, in-depth cooperation with PLDT and Smart — marking the second consecutive year the company has received a partner award from PLDT.

Two awards, and renewed recognition of a long-term partnership

In June 2024, ITNIO TECH and EFFLINK OPC, ITNIO TECH's operating entity in the Philippines, held an official partnership signing ceremony with PLDT around Smart-related communications business. The two parties built their cooperation on the steadily growing demand for business communications in the Philippine market, spanning local SMS resources, communications service capabilities and business synergy.

Later that year, at the partner appreciation event held by the PLDT Group in November 2025, ITNIO TECH received the "Platinum Journey Performance Award" for its stable and outstanding business performance in 2024, as well as its continued efficient collaboration with PLDT and Smart.

In October 2026, ITNIO TECH took the PLDT partner event stage once more, receiving the "2025 Journey Performance Award". From "sustained excellence in performance and collaboration" to "an outstanding partnership and substantial contributions", these two citations record not only an acknowledgment of ITNIO TECH's phased business results, but also PLDT's continued recognition of its service capabilities, delivery quality and long-term partnership value.
